| Food Safety Officer (Group-B) | • Bachelor’s / Master’s / Doctorate Degree in any one of the prescribed Food Technology disciplines. • Eligible disciplines include Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, Oil Technology, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Sciences, Bio-Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry or Medicine, as specified in the notification. • Prescribed medical degrees include MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS, BAMS, BVSc and other equivalent qualifications notified by the Central Government. • Must successfully complete the prescribed Food Authority-approved training after appointment . • Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject at Matric level, or Hindi as a subject in Higher Education. |
